Job Description -
1. Good communication skills (Mandatory skills).
2. Plan and delivery of the content as per NEP 2020.
3. To be updated with the subject knowledge related to CBSE norms – Experiential &Integrated learning.
4. Proactive approach.
5. Motivator, facilitator – with an understanding of Multiple Intelligence and Bloom’sTaxonomy.
6. To Plan, execute and recapitulate the weekly content/assignments/assessments.
7. To map each child’s learning outcomes according to the learning objectives.
8. A good moderator to encourage the collaborative efforts of the parents to collect thefeedback of their wards on a monthly basis (PTM) or as and when the need arises.
