World Liver Day
On the occasion of World Liver Day on 19 April, the students of class VII A under thr umbrella of guidance of their mentor Ms Shiwani Gupta , through their class assembly focused on the theme for 2023 - Be Vigilant , Do Regular Liver Check Ups . Fatty Liver Can Affect Anyone.
They drew the attention of all Gaurians towards the importance of Liver Health. They created awareness about Fatty Liver disease and suggested basic lifestyle changes to avoid it. They also emphasized on the importance of a healthy balanced diet focused more on intake of protein and less fat and carbohydrates. Appreciate the information shared. Well done students !
