His qualifications includes MCA, M.A in Psychologyand M.A in Education. Sir dedicated his career and his life to the students and gave themahelping hand to succeed in school and beyond.

Started his journey as a principal at a young age of 27, he worked in CIS with the support of Mrs. Sunita Gandhi. The school, having the strength of 250 students in 2014 showed a rapid growthofturning the family into 1800 students in 2016.

He then became the founder principal of GD Goenka Public school, Bareilly in 2016.

The school, even after covid having the strength of 1800 students holds the rank of number oneschool in the entire city. Also, the second largest centre of the board examin the city withalmost 800 students.

For him,School success is a team effort at all levels. Therefore, he built the best teamof teachers. The one who started from scratch and was successful in the very first year of giving 100% results in X and XII

The school stood on the first place in terms of results of class XII and second place with regard to class X across all the G D Goenkas pan India.

Sir believes in upholding high standards with an absolute commitment to strive to understandand improve the educational process, using team strategies, while wholly consolidating on student achievement.

Also being honoured by Amar Ujala for being the emerging leader for consecutively twoyearsin 2018 and 2019. He is certified trainer on Gender Sensitivity, Psychological Problems of teenagers and have completed the certification course from government of India for national intellectual property of awareness (IP awareness programme).

Their prime focus is to lead a team that focuses on employment of best strategies to prepareour students for futuristic challenges.

According to the principal, starting a school is a strenuous process, setting up infrastructure, agreement, recognition and affiliations and so on… He believes that the students should excel not only in academics but their overall development is obligatory. The love for educationhashelped him develop an essence for making learning a joyful experience which includes beingthefirst school in the city to start online class, being the first school to start a daily radio programcalled “Manmarziyan” that allowed students to fulfil their dream of becoming an RJ, being the first school to start a YouTube channel called “Kaamil” where the students interviewed thefamous personalities like the forest minister, the commissioner,etc. Also the first school tolaunched e-newspaper and e-magazine called “the Goenkans”

Under his guidance, the school won the inter-school quiz, competition trophy twice organised by BBL public school every year.

The achievements of the students include : a student named Vedant was featured in sharktank, Vidhi Rajgarhia received a letter of appreciation from the Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, several other students also performed on various platforms under his leadership.

In addition , his supervision also allowed the students to participate in Bareilly Sahodaya (organised by CBSE) in the competitions, like chess, debate, science exhibition, and kavyasamelan. Not only this, the school initiated inter school Ramayan and Mahabharata quiz.

The gentleman proved his devotion and compassion by doing things that were traditionally considered out of the school headmaster’s responsibility like carrying out exhibitions: “TULIKA” and “Science exhibition” and “Sportacus” every year and contributing to the society.

GD Goenka Public school became the first school to organise grandparents day, and dandiya night.

The soul commenced Cricket academy in the school along with GPL (Goenkan premier league) to encourage participation , due to which two students of school has represented State in Under 14 cricket tournament.

He himself created the policy by getting teachers, parents, and students all on the same page. This man knew students do much better at all levels when parents are involved. He along with his team worked very hard to get parents into the building and more involved with their students. He tried to make the school building more user-friendly.

His elocution holds lots of beneficial pieces of advice for school leaders which he holds accountable for everything that happens inside the schools. “I am a leader, so I knowI cannot doanything alone,” he always said.

Not only this, regular excursions to Funcity, Theatres, Plays, Hill stations, etc were the part to enlarge the growth of the students.
