Having dedicated 25+ years in the field of School Education and Administration as Principal, Vice Principal and a post graduate teacher, she has consistently brought smiles to all stakeholders. Her journey has seen her positively impacting renowned institutions such as DPS group of Schools, Cambridge School, Mother Teresa Public School and Maavashu School (Maldives). She has also served for six years as a senior marketing executive in the IT wing of Usha Group and also at Tata Info Media Ltd, New Delhi.
She holds a distinguished academic background with dual post graduate qualifications in Economics and Business management and a B.Ed. degree from the prestigious Delhi University. She would be rounding off her M.Ed. program from IP University, Delhi in 2024. She has successfully completed the one year coveted Advanced Program in Strategy for Leaders (APSL) course from IIM Lucknow in the year 2022.
Having worked with K-12 schools both in India and abroad, she has delivered 100% success in the CBSE & Cambridge International Education Board and received appreciation for excellent school results wherever she has served. She has produced CBSE All India rank holders as well as state and district level toppers under her able guidance and mentorship.
As Principal of prestigious schools like DPS Palwal and DPS Moradabad, she has selflessly executed path breaking initiatives in nurturing student’s creativity and igniting in them a passion for experiential, inquiry and value-based learning. She has successfully managed and led a team of 100 teaching and non-teaching staff to effectively meet school’s performance targets.

She has implemented a successful school improvement plan which included the implementation of various curricular initiatives, Infrastructural upgrades, setting up statutory committees for ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff, staff development programs, marketing and outreach strategies apart from building a strong partnership with parents and other key stakeholders.

She was appointed as City Coordinator by the NTA for the conduct of HCET 2022 examination for Palwal district. She has also been appointed as CBSE Observer for the conduct of both theory and practical examinations on several occasions.
