School Policy

The School fees does not include:

  • 1. Books and Text Books
  • 2. School Uniform and School shoes
  • 3. Educational Excursions, Representing school at National student’s workshop/youth science forums, Admission in Summer school/Domestic Tours, Participation in Special School Events and any expense borne towards their participation including the costumes, jewellery and props etc.
  • 4. Hobby clubs/classes.

Composite Fee, Transport Fee and all other charges can be increased by minimum 10% every year in accordance with U.P. Gov. ordinance no -6 of 2018.

Fee Payment Schedule and Procedure

(i) 1st Quarter = April-June –Composite Fee & Transport Fee

(ii) 2nd Quarter = July-Sep – Composite Fee & Transport Fee

(iii) 3rd Quarter = Oct-Dec – Composite Fee & Transport Fee

(iv) 4th Quarter = Jan-March – Composite Fee & Transport Fee

 

  1. Quarterly fee needs to be submitted latest by 10th (April, July, Oct, Jan) of first month of the quarter. Any payments thereafter would attract late payment charges of Rs 50/- per day. If however, 10th happens to be holiday/ closed day, payment must be made by the 9th of the month, as the case may be. Though every care is exercised to upload the fee bills in time on ERP, it will be the responsibility of the parents to deposit the school dues on the due date
  2. In case of bouncing of the Cheque, Cheque bouncing charges of Rs 300/- would be charged and only DD/Online payment through ERP/Credit/Debit Card shall be accepted against the full outstanding fee with late fee charges.
  3. In case of payment being made through Credit/Debit Card, extra charges as applicable by TPA shall be borne by the Parent.
  4. If the school fee is not paid by 30th day (June, Sep, Dec, Mar) of the quarter the school shall “Struck Off” the child’s name from the school rolls after intimating parents via various reminders and final notice mailed through speed post.
    The child shall be readmitted after checking all clearance from the accounts and a fresh new admission procedure would be considered henceforth.

*It is to be noted that in case fees has been paid and the payment is not reflected due to an error, please share a screenshot of the payment confirmation or the reference number with the School's Fee Department for reconciliation at following e mail id with the name, class and Admission no of the child.

Transport fee is payable on quarterly basis, it is to be paid along with the Composite Fee before due date. Mid Quarter withdrawal of transport service is not allowed. Transport fee will be charged for the entire quarter and no refund fee adjustment will be done.  Written request for withdrawal of the transport facility must be placed at least 30 days before start of the quarter. Withdrawal of transport facility for class X and XII in the last quarter i.e. Jan-March is not allowed and no withdrawal request notice will be considered in this regard.

Refund Policy

Prospectus Charges, and Registration Charges are non-refundable.
Composite fee is  non-refundable ,under no circumstances the refund would be considered.
Transportation fee is non- refundable .

Mid Term 

  • Prospectus charges and Registration charges (One Time Payments) need to be paid in full.
  • Quarterly Composite Fee is due from the first day of quarter in which student is seeking admission and needs to be paid quarterly starting from the quarter in which admission is given.
  • Transportation fees is due from the first day of month in which student is seeking transportation facility and needs to be paid for the months falling in a particular quarter, and thereafter to be paid quarterly.
  • Application of withdrawal of admission is to be duly submitted to the Principal in writing, by 7th of the month preceding the month in which parent wishes to withdraw the child. In case of non-submission of application in time, fees in lieu of such notice will be payable
