On 2nd December, 2022, G L Bajaj Educational Group along with Dainik Jagran oraginsed an enriching session on 'Mental Health' presided by none other than Sadhguru ji. Students of

Gaurs International School were privileged to be a part of this life changing session. Twenty students along with a few staff members attended the session with a lot of zeal. The session took the students on a journey of internal engineering and the benefits of letting loose of thought flow. The students learnt enriching life lessons in the company of amazing and divine Sadhguru ji. It was a day well spent.
