At Gaurs International School, we believe in nurturing not just minds but hearts too! This Mental Health Month, we dedicated time to focus on wellness and self-care through a series of enriching activities designed to foster mental well-being in our students and staff.
From mindfulness workshops, meditation sessions, and stress-relief art therapy to engaging panel discussions on mental health awareness, we’ve been creating safe spaces for open dialogue, reflection, and support.
Posters were displayed around the school, raising awareness about mental health and promoting empathy among peers. Additionally, a creative writing competition was held where students wrote essays, poems, or short stories reflecting their thoughts on mental health.
